Attending the ceremony were Pastor Trần Thanh Dũng, Member of the General Confederation of Evangelical Churches of Vietnam (ECVN) (Southern); Pastor Trần Thiên Tứ, Chairman of the provincial Protestant Representative Committee; commissioned pastors, evangelists and followers from nine churches in the locality.

Local guests at this event included Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê and representatives from local authorities.
