Xvayton pagoda in Tri Ton district, An Giang province is a famous Theravada Buddhist pagoda for its typical architecture of pagodas of Khmer people in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam.
The main worshipping hall of Xvayton pagoda was located in the center with the east-west direction, a peaked roof and two curved roofs bearing the image of Naga snake symbolizing of the eternality and power. Surrounding the temple was stupas in elegant style keeping remains of cremated monks of the temple
The pagoda has been classified as the national historical and cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information.
