Vietnam Caritas in collaboration with lecturers from the Environment Faculty at Ho Chi Minh city University of Natural Resources and Environment held a workshop for sharing experiences and capacity building on disaster risk reduction at the pastoral center of Vinh diocese from April 20-23.
About 40 Caritas’ officers and staff from Northern dioceses and dioceses of Hue, Da Nang and Quy Nhon have participated in the workshop.
During the workshop the participants learned and exchanged on experiences, capacity building for disaster risk reduction, skills and establishment of a networking for managing disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation./.
