The Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) Chapter in Tra Vinh province held on May 24 a ceremony to celebrate the Buddha’s Birthday 2021 (B.E. 2565) with anti-Covid-19 measures strictly enforced.
Presence at the event included Most Venerable Thích Trí Minh, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial VBS Chapter, Senior Venerable Thích Nguyên Ngọc and Senior Venerable Thích Minh Nhựt, Vice Chairmen of the provincial VBS Chapter.
On the occasion, Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Lê Văn Tịnh presented floral congratulation and extended Vesak celebrations to the provincial VBS Chapter, Budhdist monks, nuns and lay followers in the province.
