On Oct. 27, Venerable Deputy Secretary of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS)’s Executive Committee in Bac Ninh province cum Abbot of Vinh Phuc Pagoda led a delegation of the VBS Committee’s Board for Social Charity to visit and meet with flood victims in Quang Binh province.
During the visit, the delegation presented 300 gift boxes (including clothes, blankets, rice and noodles, etc) to households seriously affected by the flood in Tuyen Hoa district’s Mai Hoa commune and Ba Don town’s Quang Loc commune in Quang Binh province.
