Attending the ceremony were Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, Head of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church; representatives from local authorities and about 1,000 followers inside and outside the locality.

It’s reported that the original Cau Ngang oratory was built in 1977 by temporary materials and seriously degraded after many years of existence. The construction of new oratory with the design model no 5 of Caodai Church was started in 2010 and completed in 2014.
