Tien Giang province: Vinh Kim Caodai Parish’s Divine Mother Temple receives cultural worshipping title

A ceremony for receiving the title of cultural worshipping place of Vinh Kim Caodai Parish’s Divine Mother Temple was held on May 13 at the temple in Tien Giang province’s Chau Thanh district.
The event saw participation of Priest Chairman of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Representative Committee in Tien Giang province Thượng Ẩn Thanh, and Caodai dignitaries and followers from 29 parishes in the province.
Local guests at the event included Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê and local authorities’ representatives.
Speaking at event, Student Priest Chairman of the Vinh Kim parish’s Management Board Ngọc Tuấn Thanh informed that the Management Board has proactively encouraged followers to make practical contributions to the movement “All people unite to build cultural life in residential areas” launched by the authorities for the past two years (2014-2015).
Caodai dignitaries and followers attend event
On this occasion, Vinh Kim commune’s People Committee presented certificates of merit to three Caodai groups and two Caodai followers for their outstanding contributions in the movement for building the cultural life in the locality.
