On occasion of the Buddha Birthday Festival 2016 – B.E. 2560, Tien Giang provincial Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) Executive Committee in collaboration with the provincial Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs Department, Tinh Tam Buddhist family and sponsors presented 212 wheelchairs worth over 250 million VND to disabled people in the locality. Besides, each of the disabled people also received 10kg of rice.
