Tien Giang province: Personnel of provincial Hoa Hao Buddhist Representative Committee gratified

The appointment of members of the Representative Committee of Tien Giang provincial Hoa Hao Buddhism for 2014 – 2019 period was officially gratified by the Committee at a solemn ceremony held on December 9.
The ceremony took place at the Committee office in Cai Be district and was attended by Mr. Nguyễn Văn Lượng, Standing Member of the Hoa Hao Buddhist Central Executive Committee, Chairman of the Personnel and Organization Committee; Mr. Võ Văn Thượng, Chairman of the provincial Hoa Hao Buddhist Representative Committee and Chairman of the Executive Board of 14 Hoa Hao Buddhist communes.
Local guests to the ceremony included representatives from the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs, the Home Affairs Division of districts of Cao Be, Cai Lay and authorities of An Thai Trung commune.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the Hoa Hao Buddhist Central Executive Committee, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Lượng presented the appointment decision to the new provincial Representatives Committee which consists of 11 members with Mr. Võ Văn Thượng as its Chairman.
On this occasion, the Central Executive Committee also presented the decision on appointment of personnel of the Executive Board of 14 Hoa Hao Buddhist communes in Tien Giang province for the 2014-2019 term.
