Attending the ceremony were Archbishop Phạm Thanh Phương; Archbishop Hương Năng; Bishop Lương Văn Thế, Head of Representative Committee of Ben Tre’s Church, representatives from the Ben Tre provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and local authorities of Binh Dai district and Thanh Tri commune, and 90 students of the An-te Creation Parish in Ben Tre province.

The training course aimed at fostering knowledge on religious doctrine, canon law, ritual and administrative of the An-te Creation Church for Students Priests of the Parish. The Church’s Religious Reformer Committee delivered main contents to participants. At the same time, the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs in Ben Tre province introduced Decree 92/2012/NĐ-CP dated on November 8^th, 2012 of the Government detailing and providing measures for implementation of the Ordinance on Belief and Religion including general amended and supplemented administrative procedures on religion under the jurisdiction of the People's Committee in Ben Tre Province. /.
