On October 29th, 2014, the Parish of Truong Hoa commune in Hoa Thanh district of Tay Ninh province, a ground-breaking ceremony was solemnly held for construction the Parish’s oratory.
Attending the ceremony were Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, Head of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church; representatives from the Tay Ninh provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and local authorities of Hoa Thanh district and Truong Hoa commune; and about 600 followers inside and outside Tay Ninh province.
