On September 2, a delegation of the Sai Gon Sacred Heart Church Choir and Priest of Cai May Parish in Tien Giang province’s Cai Be district Francis Trương Quý Vinh presented charitable gifts to poor people in Cai Be district’s Tan Phong commune.
Tan Phong commune in Tien Giang province’s Cai Be district is an islet of Tien River and its residents still face with many difficulties.
It’s reported that on the occasion of the Holy Year of Mercy, the Sai Gon Sacred Heart Church Choir contributed 100 gift sets (including rice, noodle, cooking oil…) with each gift set worth VND 200,000 to poor people in the commune.
