On September 17, the Protestant Board on Health and Social Actions in Quang Nam province under the Evangelical church of Vietnam (South) organized a medical charity program for local people at Tien Tho commune’s Medical Center in Tien Phuoc district.
Joining the medical charity included Commissioned Pastor Head of the Protestant Board on Social and Medical Ông Văn Tín, Commissioned Pastor Superintendent of Tien Tho Protestant Church Đỗ Văn Trí, representatives of the charity associations of the province and Tien Tho commune, representatives of Tien Tho commune authorities and a delegation of 25 doctors and volunteers.
During the event, about 250 people received health-checks and free distribution of medicines. In addition, local people were presented with gifts and other care services such as receiving glasses or having haircut.
