A bridge connecting villages in Giuc Tuong commune of Kien Giang province’s Chau Thanh district was officially inaugurated at a ceremony held on September 30.
The event saw the attendance of Pastor Chairman of the Protestant Representative Committee under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) in Kien Giang province Nguyễn Bình Tín, Commissioned Pastor Superintendent of Minh Luong Church Nguyễn Hữu Dũng, Doctor representative of ECVN’s Committee on Health and Social Actions Lê Hoàng Sơn, Head of Chau Thanh district’s Red Cross Nguyễn Văn Dũng, local authorities’ representatives and over 50 Protestants and local residents.
During the event, Head of Giuc Tuong commune People’s Committee Trần Văn Liên presented a certificate of merit to Minh Luong Church for its bridge construction.
