In the complex context of the Covid-19 epidemic in Bac Giang province, Ich Minh pagoda located in Viet Yen district’s Huong Mai commune has voluntarily registered and become the first religious worshipping place to host a temporary quarantine establishment for the Covid-19 epidemic.
Accordingly, the lecture hall of the pagoda has been used as the temporary quarantine area with a scale of over 200 medical beds.
To prepare for the arrival of F1, F2 cases in the district, monks, nuns and lay Buddhists of the pagoda have hastened to clean up, set up more light and beds; disinfected the lecture hall and entire areas around the pagoda.
