From December 5 to 7, Caritas of Hung Hoa Diocese will organize a medical charity program to conduct eye surgeries for poor people at Cam Khe district’s hospital in Phu Tho province.
Hung Hoa Caritas was established on April 26, 2010 by Former Bishop of Hung Hoa Diocese Anthony Vũ Huy Chương, and currently managed by Priest Director of the Caritas Paul Nguyễn Quốc Anh.
The operating area of Hung Hoa Caritas includes Hanoi city and nine Northwest provinces of Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, Son La, Dien Bien and Lai Chau, with seven deaneries, 94 parishes and 480 Catholic communities.
