The management board of Hiep Ninh Parish under Tay Ninh Caodai Church in Hiep Ninh Ward of Tay Ninh City solemnly inaugurated its new oratory at a ceremony held on December 21.
Present at the event included Cardinal President of the Caodai church Thượng Tám Thanh, dignitaries of the church’s central executive committee and representative committee in Tay Ninh province, representatives of concerning provincial and local authorities, and over 700 members of the Caodai sect.

As reported at the ceremony, the management board of Hiep Ninh parish started the reconstruction of its oratory in January 2018, replacing the original one that was built in 1960 and later upgraded several times. The new oratory has been completed according to the fifth model of design of the Caodai Church and at the total construction cost of over 10 billion VND.
