On September 2 and 3, a Nguyen Quang charity Buddhist group in collaboration with Bao Luong pagoda and authorities of Bao Thanh and Quynh Thuan communes in Quynh Luu district of Nghe An province handed over the “loving house” to Mrs. Võ Thị Hải’s family living in village 10A of Bao Thanh commune and Mrs. Trần Thị Hòe’s family in village 7 of Quynh Thuan commune.
Joining with the Nguyen Quang Buddhist group at the handover ceremony were Venerable Thích Chơn Trí, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) in Sa Dec city (Dong Thap province); Venerable Thích Tâm Ngọc from the Nghe An provincial VBS Executive Committee; and Nun Thích Nữ Từ Hương, Abbess of Bao Luong pagoda.
It’s reported that, the Nguyen Quang Buddhist group contributed 30 million VND for the construction of each of the two houses for the families of Mrs. Võ Thị Hải and Mrs. Trần Thị Hòe.
Speaking at the handover of the loving house ceremony, Venerable Thích Nguyên Quang, Head of the Buddhist group congratulated the two families on occasion of receiving the loving house.
