Attending the ceremony were representatives from Ninh Giang district’s authorities, Bishop Giuse Vũ Văn Thiên of Hai Phong diocese, 20 priests inside and outside Hai Phong diocese, dignitaries of other religions and a large numbers of Catholics inside and outside the parish.

During the inaugurating ceremony, Parochus of Binh Hoang parish together with Catholic followers reviewed the parish’s historical development process; officials representing local authorities and dignitaries of other religions presented congratulatory flowers to the parish on occasion of its new church’s inauguration.

Binh Hoang parish under Hai Phong diocese was located in Van Phuc commune, Ninh Giang district, Hai Duong province and administered by Parochus Vũ Văn Khương. Binh Hoang parish has two communes of Trai Binh and Trai Mua, with about 100 Catholics.
