On October 4th, at its church (No 46, So Thuong Str, Yen So ward, Hoang Mai district, Ha Noi city), So Thuong Protestant Church under the General Confederation of Evangelical Churches of Vietnam (ECVN) (Northern) held a ceremony for the appointment of Commissioned Pastor Phạm Bá Toàn as its Superintendent Pastor.
ECVN (Northern) dignitaries attending the ceremony included Pastor Chairman Nguyễn Hữu Mạc, Pastors in the Executive Committee of the ECVN, Pastors, Evangelists of Churches and Protestant followers in the locality. State guests at the ceremony included representatives from the Protestant Affairs Department under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs, Hanoi city Committee for Religious Affairs and local authorities.
At the ceremony, Pastor Phùng Quang Huyến, Deputy Chairman of ECVN (Northern) presented Decision to appoint Commissioned Pastor Phạm Bá Toàn as the Superintendent Pastor of the So Thuong Protestant Church and encouraged the New Superintendent Pastor and followers by sharing the theme “God choosen people”.
