Following successes in previous four years, the fifth Truc Lam Camping will be held in Yen Thanh Truc Lam Zen Monastery located in Nghe An province from the 3rd to 5th of August.
The three-day event this year is expected to draw 1,200 youth from 14 to 30 years old from pagodas, Buddhist monasteries and clubs in Northern provinces of Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, Hanoi, etc.
So far, the organization committee and Yen Thanh Truc Lam Zen Monastery have completed necessary preparations for ensuring logistics and the scheduled program of activities for the camping.
The camping this year will feature Buddhist preaching, recitation, meditation, exchanges and games contesting, and a special celebration of the fifth anniversary of Truc Lam Camping.
