Dong Nai provincial Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) Executive Committee solemnly opened the summer retreat course 2015 at a ceremony held at Tinh Hoi pagoda in Bien Hoa city on June 2.
Attending the ceremony were Most Venerable Chairman of the provincial VBS Executive Committee Thích Minh Chánh, local Buddhist dignitaries and nearly 200 Buddhist monks and nuns attending the retreat.
Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Thanh Hùng attended and delivered a welcome speech at the ceremony.
