Dong Nai provincial Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) Executive Committee reviewed its performance 2014 and set working plans for 2015 at a ceremony held in Tinh Hoi pagoda of Bien Hoa city on January 21.
Attending the conference were Most Venerable Thích Minh Chánh, Member of the VBS Discernment Council cum Chairman of the provincial VBS Executive Committee and Buddhist dignitaries from the provincial VBS Executive Committee and the VBS Executive Committee of districts, Long Khanh town and Bien Hoa city (about 150 people).
Local guests at the conference included Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Thanh Hùng and representatives from local authorities of Dong Nai province and Bien Hoa city.
On this occasion, the provincial VBS Executive Committee presented a merit award to individuals and organizations for their practical contributions to Buddhist activities in 2014./.
