The requiem took place at office of the VBS Executive Committee, Hiep Hoa commune, Bien Hoa city and attended by Members of provincial and district VBS executive bodies and Buddhist dignitaries and followers in locality.

Local guests at the ceremony were Mr. Viên Hồng Tiến, Vice Chairman of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization; Mr. Lê Đình Thảo, Vice Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Điệp, Director of the Transport Department and Mr. Trần Thanh Hùng, Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs.

The requiem ceremony aimed to pray for spiritual uplifting of these died in traffic accidents and shared difficulties and losses caused by traffic accidents to the victim’s families.
