Key contents of the Law on Belief and Religion 2016 and its guiding decree 162 have been disseminated to key members of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS)’s chapter in Hanoi city during an extended Buddhist affairs conference held on November 30.
As many as over 200 Buddhist dignitaries, monks and nuns in the locality attended the conference.
The Buddhist conference held by the VBS’s executive committee in the city also focused on the discussion of the draft regulation on the management and organization of Buddhist affairs of the municipal Buddhist executive committee.
