Charity clinic of Caodai church in Ho Chi Minh city

Over the past years, the charity clinic of Caodai church located in No. 171 B Cong Quynh Street, Nguyen Cu Trinh ward of Ho Chi Minh city’s District 1 provided free heath examinations and medicines for millions of poor patients, irrespective of religion.

The clinic has become a familiar address for medical examination and treatment for poor people in localities.

The clinic was licensed in 1990 by the Department of Health in Ho Chi Minh city and has eights doctors with many medical specialties and currently headed by Doctor Lương Thị Phi Yến.

Weekly, the clinic conducts medical examinations and offers free medicines to poor patients on Thursday and Saturday afternoons (from14:00 to 16:30).

In 2020, the clinic provided heath examinations for over 3,300 patients and distributed free medicines worth over 300 million VND. In addition, the clinic also presented gift sets including rice, foods and cash worth over 88 million VND to poor patients.
