The meeting saw the participation of Chairman of the management committee of the Buddhist association in Kien Giang Thái Thành Tâm, representatives of the association’s chapters in the province and over 80 delegates representing members of Hung Tuyen Tu chapter.

The general meeting reviewed results of religious and social affairs of the Pure-land Buddhist chapter in the 2013-2018 period. According to the meeting report, Hung Tuyen Tu chapter has contributed over 1.1 billion VND to social charities over the past five years.

 Casting vote for election of new-term management board

The one-day event also elected 12 members to the management board of Hung Tuyen Tu chapter for the 2018-2023 tenure.
