Attending the event were Most Venerable Vice Chairman of the VBS Executive Council cum Head of the VBS Chapter’s Executive Committee in Ha Tinh province Thích Bảo Nghiêm, representatives from the provincial VBS Executive Committee and local authorities, and large numbers of monks, nuns and followers in the locality.

Chan Tien pagoda is situated on Tien Am Mountain, one of 99 mountains in Hong Linh Range. The pagoda was built during the Tran Dynasty and recognized as a national relic site in 1992.
