A solemn ceremony for installing the worshipping symbol of Divine Eye in Hoa Tinh Oratory under the Tay Ninh Caodai Church in Tien Giang province’s Cho Gao district was held on March 13.
Attending the event included Cardinal President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Executive Committee Thượng Tám Thanh, members of the parish’s management board and a large number of Caodai followers from Tien Giang and neighbouring provinces.
Local guests at the event included Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần văn Khuê.
As reported at the event, the reconstructions of Hoa Tinh parish’s oratory located in the district’s Hoa Tinh commune on an area of 270m2 was started in 2015.
Speaking at the ceremony, while extending congratulations to the parish, Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh called on Caodai followers to further support the completion of the new oratory.
On this occasion, Hoa Tinh commune authorities presented certificates of merit to the parish’s management board for its outstanding contributions to the movement for new rural development in the locality.
