An Hoa Caodai parish in Tay Ninh province’s Trang Bang district under the Tay Ninh Caodai Church held on April 15 a solemn ceremony for inaugurating its new Divine Goddess Temple.
The ceremony was chaired by Cardinal President of Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Executive Council Thượng Tám Thanh, and attended by other members of the Church’s Executive Committee, and about 600 Caodai followers in the province.
Local guests at the event included Chairman of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization Lê Minh Thế and Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious – Ethnic Affairs Nguyễn Vĩnh Thế.
As reported at the ceremony, the construction of the Divine Goddess Temple according to a design model has been completed after five years of work, and with the total construction cost of over 6 billion VND.
