Cam Thanh Bac Caodai parish under the Tay Ninh Caodai Church in Khanh Hoa province’s Cam Lam district held on April 10 a solemn ceremony for consecrating the Divine Eye worshipping symbol.
Present at the ceremony included Priest Chairman of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Representative Committee in Khanh Hoa province Ngọc Bạn Thanh, and over 1000 Caodai followers in Khanh Hoa and neighboring provinces.

Guests at the event were Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Khanh Hoa Cao Ngọc Tâm, Vice Chairman of the Committee for Religious Affairs in the province Nguyễn Bích Phương and representatives of local authorities.

Cam Thanh Bac Caodai parish was established in 1963 and Priest Thượng Tiến Thanh’s family has donated land for building the the parish’s first oratory. After 50 years of existence, the original oratory has seriously deteriorated and no longer met current needs of religious practices by local followers of the Caodai faith. In 2017, provincial authorities approved for the reconstruction of the parish’s oratory and its sanctum has been completed with the total investment of nearly 6.4 billion VND.
