Attending the ceremony were Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, Head of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church; representatives from the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs, the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and local authorities in Phu Thuan commune, Binh Dai district and Ben Tre province; and about 700 followers inside and outside Ben Tre province.

As the original Oratory has seriously degraded after 50 years of existence, the local authorities allowed the Management Board of the parish to build a new Oratory designed according to the Church’s sixth model. The installment of the worshipping symbol of Divine Eye by the Management Board is part of a process to complete the new Oratory.
