A meeting and spiritual refreshment program for wives of pastors, evangelists in region 1 (the area from Quang Tri to Binh Dinh province) was held by the Women Board of the General Confederation of Evangelical Churches (ECVN - Southern) at Tam Ky church, Quang Nam province in two days, 11 and 12 of August, 2014.
Attending the program were several members of the ECVN (Southern) and their wives, and wives of pastors and evangelists, with total of about 80 people. The meeting and spiritual refreshment program included 5 parts, namely: opening ceremony, caring for the family, sharing and witnessing, task coordination, and summary and closing ceremony. With experiences from the pastoral life, wives of pastor Lê Văn Thiện and the late pastor Phạm Xuân Thiều, as presenters, brought to participants interesting, constructive and practical sharing. The program also included a session for wives of pastors and evangelists to talk about their activities in local churches./.
