A school-year opening ceremony for disabled children in Catholic schools

Together with many other schools throughout the country, the charity class under Hai Phong diocese’s cathedral parish held a school-year opening ceremony on September 5th.

In the school year 2015 – 2016, the charity class has 31 children from six years to 15 years old who faced with special difficulties.

On this occasion, the priest of Hai Phong Cathedral parish and director of Caritas Hai Phong attended and presented gifts to pupils in the class.

Nhan Ai disabled school in My Tho city of Tien Giang province also held a new school-year opening ceremony on Sept. 4th.

Attending the ceremony included Priest Trần Kỳ Minh the My Tho diocese Cathedral’s Vicar General and Priest Director of Nhan Ai disabled school Hà Văn Xung, representatives from local authorities and 130 pupils.

Ceremony’s activities included art performances to welcome the new school year and the reading of the letter of Vietnam State President to the education sector on occasion of the new school year 2015 - 2016.
