27 Vietnamese nuns from 12 Catholic congregations in the country received the scholarship “Hopeful Germ” at a ceremony held on November 23 in Ho Chi Minh city.
The event was chaired by the Education Committee under the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Vietnam in collaboration with Nguyen Hoang Group.

Given granted sholarships, 27 clergywomen will study bachelor programs of Nursing, Rehabilitation, Pharmacy, Preschool Education, Accounting, English Studies, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Film and Television Technology at Hong Bang University.
The scholarship program “Hopeful Germ” has been launched by the Vietnam Catholic Education Committee since 2018.
