Ahead of the 10th congress of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS)’s chapter in Tien Giang province (2022-2027 term) which scheduled to take place on June 28-29, Buddhist worshipping places the province have mobilized resources of lay Buddhists and sponsors for presenting 11 charity houses and support supplies to disadvantaged families, and inaugurating three rural bridges with the total value of over one billion VND.

Tinh Nghiem Nun Monastery located in My Phong commune of My Tho city handed over a 45-million VND charitable house and presents 200 sets of support supplies worth 70 million VND to poor locals
Nam An pagoda located in Chau Thanh district’s Vinh Kim commune presents 250 sets of support supplies valued at 87 million VND in total to local people with disabilities
