Bon Rom Evangelical chapter under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) in Lam Dong province’s Duc Tong district solemnly held on August the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of its worshipping church.

Attending the event included Pastor Nguyễn Văn Ngọc, General Treasurer of the ECVN (South); Pastor Bùi Phụng, Commissioner of the ECVN (South) in charge of pastoral affairs in Lam Dong province; Pastor Kon Sa Ha Hăck, Secretary of the ECVN’s Clergy Council, representatives from local authorities, and about 500 members of the evangelical chapter.
As reported, Bon Rom chapter currently has over 1,000 members, most of whom from the K'Ho Cill ethnic group and the original worshipping church of the chapter has been degraded.
The new church will be built on the area of over 466 m2 with three stories and the total investment of over seven billion VND.
