Ban Nguyen pastoral board of Ban Nguyen Catholic sub-parish has solemnly inaugurated its church at a ceremony held on August 9.
The event taking place at Ban Nguyen church in Ban Nguyen commune of Phu Tho province’s Lam Thao district was presided by Bishop of Hung Hoa diocese Dominic Hoàng Minh Tiến.

Attending the event included Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Lê Công Luận, Secretary of the Party’s Committee in Lam Thao district Nguyễn Quang Anh, Chairman of the district People’s Committee Ngô Đức Sáu, priests, representatives from Catholic parishes and sub-parishes and lay followers in the locality.

New church of Ban Nguyen sub-parish under Son Vi parish was built in 2018 on area of nearly 500 m2 for meeting religious practices for 120 local Catholics.
