Tien Thuy Caodai parish under the Correction-Path Caodai Church in Ben Tre province’s Chau Thanh district held on June 26 a ceremony for inaugurating its new oratory.

Present at the event included Principle Archbishop Ngọc Phụ Thanh, Chairman of the Caodai Church’s Standing Committee; Archbishop Thượng Tân Thanh, Member of the Caodai church’s standing committee; Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Commission for Mass Mobilization Phạm Thị Thanh Thảo, representatives from concerning provincial agencies and authorities of Chau Thanh district and Tien Thuy commune, and members of the Caodai church in Ben Tre and neighboring provinces.
As reported, Tien Thuy Caodai parish’s original oratory was made of wood and leaves in 1941 on an area of 10,000 m2, and has been deteriorated. The new oratory has been completed after five years of construction with the total investment of over 4.1 billion VND.
