Tien Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affairs in collaboration with the Youth Union in Tan Phuoc district held on April 25 an exchange meeting for nearly 90 youth attending a political course in the province.
During the event, representatives of the provincial religious committee briefly informed about current religious practices in Vietnam as well as key contents of the Law on Belief and Religion and the Government Decree No.162 on detailing a number of articles and providing measures for the implementation of the law.
The meeting aimed to raise youth’s awareness of guidelines and policies of the Party and State on belief and religion, contributing to better carry out the advocacy work amongst young religious followers.
