A program for presenting support supplies to disadvantaged people ahead Lunar New Year (Tet) was held on January 7 in the Missionaries of Christ's Charity under Dong Yen parish in Ky Anh district’s Ky Phuong ward of Ha Tinh province.
The program was co-organized by the Vietnam Women’s Union in Ha Tinh province and Ky Anh district authorities.
As reported, the Missionaries of Christ's Charity is currently nurturing and taking care of 20 orphans coming from Ha Tinh and other provinces of the Central region.
On the occasion, the provincial Women’s Unity presented 63 sets of supplies valued at 35 million VND to children and disadvantaged Catholic women of four Dong Yen women groups in Ky Loi commune.
