Vice President cum Secretary General of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Hầu A Lềnh paid on Jun 4 a visit to Dong Thuan Vocational Training Center under the Vietnam Congregation of Salesian Don Bosco in Vinh Long province.
The Vice President was accompanied by Knight of the Grand Cross Lê Đức Thịnh and welcomed by Priest Director of the vocational training center Thomas Vũ Kim Long and the center’s teachers and students.
Speaking at the visiting reception, Vice President Hầu A Lềnh praised the center for its efforts to provide vocational skills and educational qualifications to local youth.
The VFF leader also asked local authorities to create favorable conditions for the training centre to upgrade its educational training in the coming time.
Vice President presents scholarships to disadvantaged students of the centre
On this occasion, Vice President Hầu A Lềnh presented 20 most disadvantaged students of the centre with scholarships contributed by Dai Doan Ket (Great Unity) newspaper of the VFF’s Central Committee in collaboration with Vingroup Company.

Dong Thuan Vocational Traning Centre, one of four vocational training centers under the Congregation of Salesians of Don Bosco in Vietnam, has offered both vocational training and public education to students from grade 9 through grade 12.
