Attending the event included Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party’s Committee Trần Công Thuật, Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Trần Văn Tuân and 88 members of the provincial VFF committee.

 The meeting reviewed working results of the provincial VFF in 2017 and approved working plans for 2018. According to the provincial VFF’s report, the collaboration work between the provincial VFF and local authorities relating to religious affairs has recorded good results for the past year. In 2017, the provincial VFF has signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s Chapter and Committee for Catholic Solidarity in the province on protection environment and climate change adaptation for the 2017-2020 period, organized a religious training workshop for officials in charge of social work and promoted patriotic movements in religious communities in the locality.
