The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) in Lam Dong province held on July 29 an exchange meeting with Protestant dignitaries in the locality.
The event chaired by Vice Chairman of the provincial VFF Committee Đường Anh Ngữ was attended by representatives of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and concerning provincial agencies, and dignitaries and deacons of Protestant denominations in the province.
During the meeting, the provincial VFF briefed about the socio-economic development in the first six months of 2019, as well as results of solving issues raised by Protestant dignitaries at the previous meeting.
Participating Protestants also suggested that local authorities should create favorable conditions for dependent religious organizations to be established in the province in order to meet legitimate needs of followers.
