The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee in Lam Dong province held on September 10 an exchange meeting with local Buddhist dignitaries in the province.
Attending the meeting included Chairman of the provincial VFF Committee Nguyễn Trọng Ánh Đông, Senior Venerable Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS)’s Executive Committee Thích Thanh Tân, representatives from local authorities, and monks and nuns of the VBS’s Executive Committee.
The meeting focused exchanges on results of the general conference of the provincial VFF committee, the socio-economic development in the locality, as well as Buddhist affairs in first eight months of 2019.
