The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF)’s committee in Gia Lai province held on February 1 a meeting with key religious followers in the province ahead of the Lunar New Year 2018.
The meeting was attended by Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Huỳnh Nữ Thu Hà, Chairman of the provincial VFF committee Hồ Văn Điềm, and 40 local religious dignitaries, deacons and clerics of religious organizations in the locality.
During the event, while hearing results of socio-economic development in the province in 2017, religious participants also exchanged with local authorities on policies related to socio-economic development and the religious life in the locality.

Chairman Hồ Văn Điềm took the chance to extend Lunar New Year greetings to dignitaries and followers of religions in the province and called on local religious communities to promote fine traditions and actively participate in movements for the development of the province.
