The Training and Fostering School for cadres tasked with the information and communication management under the Ministry of Information and Communication in the central province of Nghe An held on October 22 a training workshop on knowledge and skills in the information and communication work on ethnicity and religion.
The event drew 30 participants who are journalists and editors from press agencies, and cadres tasked with the ethnic and religious affairs from the provincial Military Command, Department of Information and Communication and Committee for Religious Affairs.
Regarding religion, the one-day workshop covered key contents of the Party’s viewpoint and undertakings, and State’s policies and laws on belief and religion in historical periods.
The training event also introduced skills for the communication work on belief and religion.
The workshop aimed to enhance ethnic and religious understanding of public servants and people, promote fine values of cultural traditions in Vietnam, and foster community cohesion and social harmony in the country.
