The Home Affairs Department in Tra Vinh province in collaboration with the Tra Vinh University and the Home Affairs University branch in Ho Chi Minh City held on August 10-12 a training course on religious affairs.
At the training course
Joining the training included Vice Chairman of Tra Vinh provincial People’s Committee Lê Thanh Bình; Director of the provincial Home Affairs Department Bùi Thành Thương; Dr. Trương Cộng Hòa, Deputy Director of the Home Affairs University branch in Ho Chi Minh City; Dr. Nguyễn Minh Hòa, Director of Tra Vinh University, and 142 participants who are cadres tasked with religious affairs in the province.
The three-day training covered key contents of knowledge on Buddhism, Catholicism, Protestantism, Caodaism and other religions, the religious life in the country, and the implementation of Law on Belief and Religion and relating laws.
