Present at the training included representatives of the provincial committee for religious affairs, district authorities, cadres in charge of religious affairs in communes and towns, and heads of villages having large numbers Catholic residents in the district.

The training covered key contents on state policies and laws on belief and religion, the state administration on belief & religion, the Law on Belief & Religion 2016 and the Decree 162 detailing a number of articles of the law on belief and religion and prescribing measures for its implementation.

During the training, participants received handbooks of religious affairs compiled based on the state policies and laws on religion and religious affairs.
