The provincial Committee for Religious Affairs in An Giang held on June 23-24 a training course on the state administration on belief and religion to local cadres tasked with belief and religious affairs in the province.

Joining at the training’s opening ceremony included Chairman of the provincial religious committee Nguyễn Phú and Head of Political Theory and Party History Division under the provincial Party Committee's Propaganda - Education Department Lâm Văn Giàu, and 189 cadres tasked with belief and religious affairs in the locality.
The two-day training covered key contents of the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies on belief and religion, Law on Belief and Religion 2016 and other central and local guiding documents on religious affairs; professional skills in information and communication; and regulations and related documents on operation of belief worshipping places classified as relics.
